1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

- You must initiate the return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must not be marked as final sale or non-returnable. Certain items, such as intimate apparel or perishable goods, may be excluded from returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s). Items returned without an RMA number may be refused.

Ship the Item Back: After receiving the RMA, please carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging and ship it back to the address we provide. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item(s), unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).

Refund or Exchange Processing: Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you are exchanging an item, we will send the replacement item at no additional cost.
3. Refunds
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Non-refundable Fees: Shipping costs, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item or damage), we will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same process outlined above. If the new item is of a higher price, you will be asked to pay the difference. If the new item is of a lower price, we will issue a refund for the difference.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will offer a replacement or a full refund for the damaged item(s), including return shipping costs.
Please provide clear photos of the damage or defect when contacting us. We may ask you to return the damaged item before issuing a replacement or refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Items marked as final sale at checkout or on the product page.
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, or other personal hygiene products for safety and hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards or vouchers.
7. International Returns
For customers outside of the United States, please note the following:
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
